Aviator's Den Smoked Old Fashioned
2 oz Bourbon
3-4 bar spoons (1/4 oz) Rich Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
(Cherry & Orange Peel for Garnish)
Add the first three ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice & stir for approximately 30 seconds. Strain into a glass with ice (one large ice cube is best). Add cherry. Smoke with smoking gun and keep glass covered for 15-30 seconds. The longer the cocktail glass is covered more smoke enhancement you will get. Uncover and flame an orange peel. Enjoy.
