Another tropical, tiki style cocktail for your summer evenings. The Mango Sunset is a riff on a Pina Colada. This is a great poolside summer drink. Low ABV, so enjoy a few on these hot, summer days. Check out our video here.
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
1.5 oz Mango Juice
1.5 oz Coconut Rum
Tsp Crème of Coconut
Grenadine
Put the first four ingredients in a cocktail shake, add ice and shake.
Strike into a rocks glass (or other tiki glass) with pebble ice. Pour 1/2 oz of grenadine over a spoon for the sunrise/set affect. Enjoy!
